How do I book ONLINE lessons?
You can request to book a trial lesson directly on the website. Please provide me with the information requested on the form and I will contact you to schedule your lesson at a time and day that suits you best.
Payments
Payments are made safely and securely through PayPal . You will receive an invoice through PayPal once your lesson is confirmed. The invoice must be paid 24 hours in advance, or as stated on the invoice. Rates are in Euros.
In-Person lessons
Splitting time between South Africa, Germany and Bosnia & Herzegovina makes scheduling in-person lessons a bit difficult. However, please email me if you are interested in having lessons in person.
Group lessons
Group lessons can be arranged upon request and are limited to 6 people per group. Please email me your request.
Online platforms
Skype, Google meet and Zoom are used for online lessons. If you would like to use a different platform, please let me know. You will receive my Skype/Zoom or Google meet details or link once your lesson has been booked and paid for.
Please make sure you have installed Skype/Zoom/google meet before the lesson and that you have added me as your contact.
FREE consultation
A FREE 15-minute consultation will be added to your FIRST lesson. Please prepare your questions in advance to make the most of this session. Once we determine your level and goals, we can agree on a personalised study plan and the frequency of our lessons. The 15 minutes will be added to the end of your scheduled lesson. For example: If your 60-min lesson starts at 2:00 pm, the lesson will finish at 3:15 pm.
Terms&Conditions
Lessons must be scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Online lessons must be paid for in advance.
All classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation notice.
You can reschedule and/or cancel lessons within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson by following the link in your confirmation email or by sending an email to contact@englishwithb.com.
In case of a cancellation, I will issue a refund or put it towards a future lesson.
No refunds for no-shows or if/when a cancellation notice is not given 24 hours in advance.
